From the 2007 Federal Constitutional Law Exam Questions Feedback written by (at least this bit) John Pyke (and reproduced with his permission):
"One odd point – I wondered why so many students discussing the law on implementation of treaties cited only Burgess and the Dam case, without saying that the 4:3 majority in the Dam case had since been confirmed by a 6:1 majority in the IR Act case – important point, you might think. Then I looked at the Hedge Law Notes and found that that was all that Susan had said in them! Susan will be thrilled to know that so many of you seem to be using her notes, but as she herself says, the intelligent thing to do is to start with some prepared notes, and then go through them with your text or lecture material by your side, and improve them. This applies even to her famous notes!"
Of course, I agree. Update the notes and they'll serve you well.
